2. SMN Terms
2.1 Service Content
Simple Message Notification (SMN) is a message processing service provided by Huawei Cloud. It enables you to send messages to various endpoints, such as email addresses and phone numbers. SMN uses a publish/subscribe model to achieve one-to-many message subscriptions and notifications in a variety of message types. You can send messages to subscribers of a topic. A publisher publishes messages to a topic, and SMN then delivers the messages to subscribers of the topic. The subscribers can receive messages through email addresses, phone numbers, functions, URLs, or other forms.
Third-party services or content:

(2) To fulfill the contract, we will entrust Huawei Cloud companies in People's Republic of China to manage your phone numbers and message content for sending voice messages to mobile phones in People's Republic of China. (2) As a personal data processor, you shall obtain the data subject's consent before sending and send SMS messages in compliance with laws and regulations. If you send messages that contain sensitive personal data without the data subject's consent, you shall be liable for all consequences.
(3) SMN pushes messages asynchronously, which means there may be some delay before a message is delivered. If you have higher requirements on the timeliness and sequence of messages, exercise caution when using this Service.
(4) For network security, this Service does not allow messages to be received over an internal IP address by default. Ensure that your server is configured to allow SMN access via the Internet.
